Things You Should Do Every Morning for More Energy

We here at Energy, like the idea of having more energy…h’yuck.

According to the Huffington Post, these are things you should do to have more energy.

  1. Take 10 breaths.
  2. Hydrate (and coffee counts!)
  3. Get moving
  4. Eat!
  5. Be mindful of how much sugar you eat
  6. Ignore your phone first thing in the morning
  7. Spend time getting to know your own preferences.
