The Earth Is Spinning Faster!

We all have a hard time adjusting when we move our clocks forward and back..
Shoot my clocks still have not been correct from the last time change!
That being said, The earth is moving faster but not at an alarming rate to move our clocks a whole hour!
Instead scientist say we might need to have a leap second….
