Lightning in a Bottle cancelled

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, organizers of the Lightning in a Bottle festival that was scheduled to take place on Memorial Day Weekend at Buena Vista Lake has been cancelled. The annual festival, that was scheduled to make its 2nd year in Kern County and feature such artist as Doja Cat, cited the safety of staff and visitors as well as not being able to ensure local law enforcement availability due to the pandemic. A message on the website of the festival requested that all questions be sent to [email protected].
