If you love Chipotle’s guacamole, you should know that they’re using a LOT of avocados to make it.

How many avocados, you ask? Chipotle uses 97 thousand pounds of avocados every day!

Guacamole is one of Chipotle’s most popular add-ons, and it’s also sold as a side order along with chips. According to the company, each batch of guacamole contains about 60 avocados, so you can only imagine the size of these batches (and what sort of container it needs to be mixed in)! So needless to say, they go through a whole lot of avocados every day; 97,000 pounds, to be exact!
