California to Allow Indoor Performances Beginning April 15th

California announced Friday that indoor events can resume beginning April 15th in the state. The announcement was made by the California Department of Public Health among lowering rates in the state.

To attend events, people will have to be either tested or fully vaccinated and number of people will be limited based on the tier each county is in.

California Health and Human Services Secretary Dr. Mark Ghaly pointed to vaccinations as a major source of the reason for the changes. Kern County is currently in the red tier with movement happening towards the Orange Tier.
