Addicted to Your Phone? It Could Be Messing with Your Sleep.

If you’re like me, you won’t be able to sleep properly until you Google that one guy who did that commercial for that one burger place. Or, “Is this person still alive?” That’s usually my thing.
It’s not shocking to find out that habits like that are bad for sleep. *gasp*
A new study of college students between the age of 18 and 30 found that nearly 40% were “addicted” to their smartphones. And the more students used their phones, the worse their quality of sleep.
Experts say phone use disrupts the body’s natural sleep clock, or ‘circadian rhythm’. They recommend putting the phone away at least one hour before bedtime.
